Healthy Vegetable Wrap

Key ingredients

Ingredients: 1 jowar roti, ¼ cup boiled sweet corn,2 leaves of lettuce or cabbage, ¼ diced tomato, 1 bowl of chickpeas, 3 cloves of garlic and 1 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of olive oil and sesame seeds,¼ cup thin sliced cucumber,1 tsp of tomato sauce, salt to taste and black pepper powder.

Method Of Preparation

Take 1 cooked jowar roti and apply tomato sauce at first with the help of a spoon, add hummus on the sauce accompanied by lettuce or cabbage and  diced tomato and cucumber along with boiled sweet corn. Add salt at the top along with some black pepper powder to taste.

Hummus method of preparation:

Soak 1 bowl of  Chick peas overnight

Pressure cook the chickpea and Remove water.Add 2-3 cloves of garlic and ginger, add 1tsp of olive oil, some sesame seeds.Grind everything  adding turmeric and hing powder.Refrigerate it
