Cinnamon-Protein pancake

Key ingredients

Ingredients: 1 banana, 2 eggs, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, 30 ml coconut milk, 1tbsp of prototal protein powder and oil 1 tsp.

For garnishing: 1 tbsp blueberries and 1 tbsp of diced almonds and walnuts,

Method Of Preparation

Blend 1 serving of protein powder,banana and 2 eggs along with cinnamon powder and 30 ml of coconut milk to make a smooth mixture out of it. Now heat a non stick pan and add oil in the pan, using a ladle spoon take the mixture and start making thin and crispy pancakes on the pan, remove the pancake when it turns brown on both the sides.

Serve it hot and garnish with almonds, walnuts and blueberries
